This is a hands-on robotics course for students aged 12 to 16, running once a week on Sundays over 2.5 months, where kids learn electronics, Arduino programming, sensors, and automation by building real-world projects from scratch, not simulations on a screen.
No. The course is designed for complete beginners as well as students with some coding experience. Everyone starts with the same electronics and Arduino fundamentals in Module 1, then builds up to more advanced projects as the weeks progress.
Spreading the ten classes across 2.5 months on Sundays gives your child time to absorb each concept and revisit a project between sessions, rather than compressing everything into a short intensive stretch. Each class builds directly on the last, so consistent weekly attendance matters.
Five real projects: a Smart Traffic Light System, an Automatic Night Lamp, an Obstacle Detection Alarm, a Bluetooth-Controlled Robotic Car, and a final robotics project your child designs and presents independently on the last class.
Fully hands-on. Every project uses real electronic components, Arduino boards, sensors, and motors, not a coding simulator. Your child builds physical circuits and a working robotic car over the course of the ten classes, using a complete kit provided by YCA.
Every student presents their own original robotics project to parents, combining sensors, motors, and Arduino programming in a design of their own choosing. It's a real showcase, not just a certificate handout.
