Young Crafts Academy is an initiative of Skill Shikshya, and this site is developed and managed by Skill Shikshya Pvt. Ltd.

Class Enrollment:

• Students enrolling in online classes are granted exclusive access to online sessions and cannot attend offline classes.
• Students enrolled in offline classes are restricted to attending only in-person sessions and are not permitted to join online classes.

Attendance Policy:

• Regular attendance is crucial for a productive learning experience. Repeated absenteeism may result in removal from the system.

Payment Timeliness:

• Timely payment is required to maintain enrollment. Failure to complete payments within the stipulated timeframe may lead to suspension or removal from the system.

Communication Channels:

• Students should use official support channels for queries or concerns. Contact us via phone or email for assistance. Young Crafts Academy is not responsible for any information shared outside official communication channels.

Code of Conduct:

• Students must maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions. Any form of misconduct towards instructors or peers may result in immediate removal from the class.

Class Video Recording Terms & Conditions:

• All class recordings are the exclusive property of Young Crafts Academy.
• Unauthorized copying, sharing, distribution, or uploading of class recordings is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Students must use class recordings solely for personal educational purposes and not for any commercial use.
• Unauthorized recording or modification of class content is not allowed.

General Guidelines for Onsite Classes:

• Students must respect academy resources (laptops, chargers, etc.). Damages incurred will be the responsibility of the user.
• Maintaining cleanliness in classrooms is essential.
• Activities within the premises are monitored via CCTV for security and compliance.
• Photography or videography inside classrooms without prior consent is prohibited.
• Smartphone usage during class is allowed only with instructor permission.

General Guidelines for Online Classes:

• Students should maintain professional attire and behavior during online sessions.
• Sharing private information (email, phone numbers, social media links) during sessions is not permitted.
• Ethical behavior includes muting microphones unless speaking, refraining from irrelevant interruptions, and avoiding unauthorized recordings.
• Recording, screen capturing, or distributing online sessions is strictly prohibited.

Refund & Payment Policies:

• Payments are non-refundable. However, course changes may be accommodated upon request.
• Young Crafts Academy reserves the right to offer discounts or promotional offers at its discretion.
• A minimum attendance of 95% is required to receive a course certificate.

Privacy and Data Usage:

• Young Crafts Academy reserves the right to use student details for internal records, success stories, and promotional purposes.
• Students’ names, placement details, and achievements may be published on our website.
• Partner institutions that provide employment opportunities to our students may be acknowledged as placement partners on our platforms.
